● Cancellation must be made by phone on 0415 508 280.

● Email cancellation will not be accepted.

● Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation.

● Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will require full payment.

● Lessons are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within this period.

● Lessons are transferrable but not refundable.

● If a cancellation is a result of a serious illness, hospitalisation or a unique situation, lessons might be deferred.
